We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Interior Fit-Out Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, developing BOQs, and supporting the project team in delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and office fit-out projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods for interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS measurement software.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, and office spaces).
- Develop BOQs, material lists, rate breakdowns, and preliminary cost plans.
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to ensure accurate quantification.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Identify cost-saving solutions and value engineering options.
- Provide cost advice, budget updates, and estimate revisions when required.
- Work closely with the design and project management team to finalize estimates.
